Cellulite or Adiposis Edematosa is a medical term to describe the skin when it becomes dimpled and saggy in appearance due to the accumulation of fat in the epidermis layer of the skin. It can happen at different places in the body like pelvic regions, lower limbs and abdomen etc. This kind of skin condition generally happens to take place after puberty.
